Ivan Vashchynets is a partner of ARBITRADE, specializing in civil, commercial, private international law, as well as intellectual property law. Ivan has more than twenty years of experience in legal practice, including representation in courts and international arbitrations in cases of considerable complexity.

Ivan is also engaged in scientific and teaching activities: he is an associate professor of the Department of Branch Legal Sciences of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Also, he takes an active part in the activities of bar self-government bodies and is a member of the Committee of the National Association of Lawyers of Ukraine for Agrarian and Land Law. He is the author of several dozen articles on civil and commercial law, co-author of several monographs and a textbook on civil law.
