She has 20 years of national and international experience in environmental risk assessment, climate change mitigation and adaptation, stakeholder engagement and community development with a focus on energy, agricultural, and manufacturing sectors.

Alla has been promoting the inclusion of environmental and social risks, efficient resource management into decision making of private companies, government policies and projects.

She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Economics from Imperial College London as well as a Masters in Environmental Protection from Dnipropetrovsk National University.
